Wrapping up Shipping / What to do if your order hasn't arrived?

Hey Everyone!
Almost all orders are shipped so if your order hasn't arrived yet here are a few things to know or check to make sure your dice are on their way:
- 1) We are shipping directly from a fulfilment center we hired in China instead of freighting them over to the US first so shipping takes 2-3 weeks between when they leave China and when they will arrive to you so have patience but know they are on their way:)
- 2) There are about 140 people left that still haven't had their order shipped out yet because when we did the quality control on the final batch of Indium we rejected them due to quality issues in the metal so we required the factory to re-smelt and redo them. We expect this last delayed batch to finish and go out later this week or next week.
- 3) There are still 86 backers who haven't filled out your backer survey. We just emailed another reminder notification earlier today. If your dice haven't arrived yet make sure to check for that email or log into backer kit and confirm that you in fact have finished and submitted your backer survey.
We hope everyone has been enjoying your dice and those of you waiting please check to make sure your survey is complete and if so your dice will be arriving soon!

Thoughts on 1) Ingot Clusters for small ingots and 2) noble Gas die colors?

Hey Everyone:)
As you all are starting to receive your orders we would love to get your feedback on two things to help us prepare for the next campaigns: 1) ingot sizes and 2) noble gas colors.
FEEDBACK #1: INGOT SIZE
Whenever possible we are sourcing the largest ingot sizes for each element but with some elements they are not very large and are too combustible to smelt into a larger form so they can only be done with the smaller ingots. What are your thoughts on us possibly placing multiple ingots into the center in those cases (when cost and reactivity permits) so that more element is visible even though it may not one single piece of element?
There are still many elements left that we are able to find larger ingots for but is this solution you all would like for the cases when only small ingots are available? Or would you prefer it to stay one single ingot in the center even if it is smaller than average?
Note: The maximum ingot size/cluster we can do is around 10 mm maximum in order for it to stay within the center of the resin dice and not risk it being too close to the edge.
FEEDBACK #2: NOBLE GAS RESIN COLORS
We have finally been able to find a factory that can make glass ampules small enough to capture and store all the noble gases! They light up and glow when next to a tesla coil (We plan to offer a mini tesla coil you can buy with them if you don't have one of your own) and its really cool!
However, whenever they are not right next to a tesla coil they simply look like empty glass vials. Would you prefer them to stay as clear resin dice as all the previous dice are or would it look better if we slightly tint the resin the color each noble glass glows so that way when it is just in its stand or being held while not near a tesla coil it still would represent the color of the gas that it glows when it is energized?

Production Update

Hey Everyone,
Nearly all the elements but Barium are finished and ready to clear coat and package. Barium has proven to be the tricky one to mass produce. Barium reacts vigorously with water or sweat and produces hydrogen gas when it does. This has caused incredibly cloudy debris in the first 600 units as you can see in the below image:
We went back to the drawing board and believe we have found a good fix. By adding the barium into the resin wrapped in oil paper and then removing it as the epoxy begins to set it seems it is curing much better with much less reaction. See below:
The factory believes the new version can be finished and ready to ship in another week or so.
Normally the packaging factory we use prefers to wait to package and ship all orders at one single time but we are going to see if they will let us begin packing in waves so that those of you who didn't have barium in your order can receive your orders sooner. There is no guarantee they will go for it yet but fingers crossed!
